To use this app, you must:

• Use only one account per device and person
• Avoid using VPNs, emulators, scripts, bots, or automation tools

Accounts violating these terms may be suspended or permanently blocked.

3. Earning Points (ZodCoins)

You can earn ZodCoins through:

• Playing in-app games
• Completing skill-based quizzes
• Finishing partner surveys or tasks

All activities clearly show their point value before you begin. Points are promotional and valid only inside the app.

4. Redeeming Rewards

• A minimum points threshold is required for redemption (visible inside the app)
• Rewards may include digital bonuses, gift card unlocks, or region-based wallet rewards
• All redemptions are subject to verification and availability
• Payouts are typically processed within 7 business days

We may reject redemptions if fraud or misuse is suspected.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

By using Zod Rewards, you agree not to:

• Use automation tools, emulators, or VPNs to gain unfair advantage
• Attempt to manipulate ads, referral systems, or task outcomes
• Abuse promotional features or create duplicate accounts

Violation may result in:

• Account suspension
• Point forfeiture
• Permanent ban from the platform

6. Disclaimer

Zod Rewards is a free entertainment app with promotional rewards. We do not guarantee fixed reward values or permanent availability of any feature, offer, or partner.

Rewards are not exchangeable for real-world money outside app guidelines.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

• Delays or rejections from external partners
• Failed redemptions due to incomplete tasks
• Third-party system errors or unavailability
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Use of the app is at your own discretion.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes may be handled under local consumer laws or resolved under the jurisdiction of Murshidabad, West Bengal, India.

If you're located outside India, your local laws may also apply.
