Zodray Technologies Pvt Ltd (“we”, “our”, “us”) operates the mobile application Zod Rewards (“app”). This policy explains how we collect and use your information to deliver and improve the app experience.

2. Data We Collect

We collect only the minimal data required to operate the app and deliver services:

  • Advertising identifier and basic device signals (model, OS version, language, city-level location)
  • In-app event logs (e.g., points earned, task completion, reward redemptions)
  • Optional: e-mail address when you sign in with Google

We do not collect face images, contact lists, SMS, precise GPS, payment-card data, or sensitive files.

3. Why We Collect It

We use the data to:

  • Deliver non-personalised ads and partner tasks/surveys
  • Provide in-app rewards and ensure fair use
  • Improve performance, detect errors, and prevent fraud
  • Process user actions and communicate account information if requested

4. How We Process & Share

All data is stored securely with industry-standard encryption. Limited technical data (such as Advertising ID and app usage logs) may be shared with trusted advertising and offer partners to deliver content or validate activity you chose to complete.

We never sell your personal information or allow third-party tracking outside approved SDKs.

5. Your Rights

6. Retention

  • Usage logs are stored for up to 24 months, after which they are anonymised
  • Reward-related data is retained as long as your account remains active or legally required

7. Children

Zod Rewards is designed for users aged 18 years or older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

8. International Transfers

Data may be securely processed or stored on servers outside your country. When required, we rely on lawful mechanisms such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent safeguards.
